A copycat version of one of my favorite local cafe's drinks, veganized and home espresso machine friendly recipe. The perfect combination of peanut butter and homemade espresso.
Warm peanut butter in mug for ~10-15 seconds in the microwave; add cinnamon and stir.
Add espresso shot(s) and stir with warmed peanut butter.
Froth plant milk to desired temperature and mix into mug. Serve with a dash of cinnamon.
