Vegan Peanut Butter Latte

A copycat version of one of my favorite local cafe's drinks, veganized and home espresso machine friendly recipe. The perfect combination of peanut butter and homemade espresso.

Ingredients

 1 tbsp organic creamy peanut butter
 espresso shot(s)
 plant-based milk of choice
 1 dash cinnamon

Directions

Warm peanut butter in mug for ~10-15 seconds in the microwave; add cinnamon and stir.

Add espresso shot(s) and stir with warmed peanut butter.

Froth plant milk to desired temperature and mix into mug. Serve with a dash of cinnamon.

Tips

  1. Depending on the plant-based milk you choose the nutrition content of this recipe may vary.
  2. Try sprinkling pumpkin spice instead of cinnamon for a cozy, fall feel.
