A friend of my husband’s recently introduced me to a small roaster, Gregular Guys. Based out of Connecticut, Greg sources coffee beans from the best farms. He doesn’t even roast the beans until AFTER you’ve placed your order, ensuring that they are as fresh as possible when they arrive at your doorstep.

Why am I sharing this? Because if you’re even half the fan of peanut butter that I am, you need to try their P-nut Butter Cup-O-Joe. Not only does it make a delicious stand alone cup of coffee, but it also makes the BEST espresso for a peanut butter latte and makes a cold brew that rivals my local coffee shops.
